UQÀM EXECUTIVE MBA VIETNAM GRADUATION CEREMONY 2023

Graduation is a significant event that marks the maturity of students and learners after their self-development journey. ISB is honoured to extend an invitation to attend the graduation ceremony for the New Bachelors and Masters.

In 2023, under the theme symbolising progress and growth “Ascend”, let’s reflect on the journey we have taken and be prepared to embrace new challenges in the future.

Details for the graduation ceremony:

1/ Time and Venue 

Time: 8:00 AM, Saturday, 12/08/2023

Venue: Hall A1.16, 59C Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3 (click to see it on map).

2/ Agenda 

• Demonstrate the graduation procedure at Hall for graduands
• Academic procession
• Flag raising ceremony 
• Opening remarks 
• The Presentation of Master (Massey Program)
• The Presentation of Master (UQÀM Program)
• The Presentation of Master of Business Administration
• The Presentation of Bachelor of Business Administration
• Concluding remarks

3/ On your graduation day

3.1/ Check-in time

Students who arrive later than 8:00 AM on 12.08.2023 (with no exception) will not be allowed to receive their certificate on stage. 

3.2/ Parking 

• Limited parking spaces are available on the day, so we advise using a bus or taxi. 
• If you prefer riding motorbikes to campus, please follow the instructions from UEH security guards to reach the temporary parking lots.

3.3/ Ceremony procedures

• Attendance at the rehearsal is mandatory for all graduates before the official ceremony. 
• It is crucial to sit in your allocated seat and maintain the correct order. Our ushers will guide you to the stage when it’s time for the presentation of your certificate. 
• After receiving your certificate, please return to your seat quietly and be respectful to other graduates and the audience.

*Both guests and graduates are required to remain seated until the end of the ceremony, even after being presented on stage.

3.4/ Seating for guest

• Dedicated seating areas are available for your guest(s). Kindly advise them to arrive early, as seating is allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis.

3.5/ Photograph

• Please inform your guest(s) that taking photos near the stage during the ceremony is not allowed as it disrupts the movement of graduates. 
• Professional photographers will be present to capture moments during the ceremony, including when you receive your testamur on stage.
